to our course, gas stove preparation may differ from my preparation yet I promise
that it takes only 25 minutes in an electric cooker.

rice is added separately to the seasonings and vegetables. But as we have no
such feasibility, I show you how to prepare it in one go.
All we
require is:

7. Salt and pepper – sufficient amount
8. Ghee – 1 teaspoon
(Optional)
1. Mustard seeds – ½ tablespoon
2. Chopped onions – 1
3. Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
1. Turn on the electric cooker and heat some
oil/ butter

mustard seeds)
3. Fry it properly for good taste.
4. Add ginger paste/ chopped ginger along with
chopped green chilies. (fry for 30 sec)
5. Add chopped onions if required and allow it
to fry till its color changes. (it is completely optional)
6. Add sufficient
water. Followed by salt and pepper. (add a very little amount of pepper powder
as green chilies are available)

8. As it boils, add soaked rice and close the
lid.
9. Mix it well over 5 minutes in between and
allow it to boil.
